The gentleman that waited on me was very welcoming and informative. The service was great, I was in and out without a long wait. I will definitely continue to give them my service, I was very satisfied and will be glad to recommend them to anyone I know or even anyone I don’t know.

I wish I never came here. I came here to diagnose why my AC wasnt working correctly, and ended up getting charged for an AC recharge ($700), and told to come back to check for leaks, but that none expected. Well the AC stopped working again, so there Was a leak. Had to come back around 5 more times in my work days because each time, the AC still wasnt working and the issue still not identified. Paid another $240 on a valve replacement, but the one guy tried to charge me over $900 for this fix claiming I'd have to be charged for the labor and cost of the AC recharge I already paid $700 for a few days prior. The customer service at Meineke was excellent, and the diagnostic on my vehicle was A1. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. The only downside was the labor pricing. The cost to install parts was higher than what I’ve been quoted at other repair shops. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the quality of the service.

I just had an oil change and tire rotation done. But anything I need done in the future, this is the place I'll definitely go to. Everything from the clean, comfortable, waiting area, to the professional job they did, in no time at all. The manager Winfield, the manager at the desk, was friendly & knowledgeable guy, handling 5 things at once.. He quoted me a price when I scheduled my appointment and the quote is exactly what I paid. Meineke is now, my go to mechanics shop. Great job.

They were knowledgeable, courteous, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service and professionalism they showed was outstanding. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service!
